Very bad service. They are very very slow and dont care about damaging furniture. Unprofessional young guys as labors not as movers, they dont wrap the furniture properly. I dont recommend them!
If what you wrote were accurate, I would not recommend us either.
Avoid at all costs. Ericson is extremely unprofessional. After I had to cancel my move unexpectedly because the other tenants hadn't left yet, he wouldn't accept that I needed to cancel and wanted payment. He hadn't asked for a deposit and there was no cancellation fee discussed, so I wasn't going to pay him for nothing.
Hello Katherine, We were very professional when we called you the morning of your move to let you know that we were on our way. You were still asleep and said that you had to cancel because you had not been able to get the keys to your new apartment the night before.

Overall, our moving experience with WeHaul was seamless and efficient, especially given the current pandemic restrictions. The crew, Nick, Andy and Alex, were extremely friendly and attentive to detail when it came to wrapping and transporting our valuables (including our delicate antique grandfather clock). They were quick to load and offload the truck, everything arrived in perfect condition, and the communication from pre-arrival to billing and departure was fantastic.

We haul offered us an outstanding moving service, punctual and reliable. They have a wide selection of materials useful for a move, such as good quality boxes, mattress covers and quilted blankets. All For a very fair price, to ensure a clean and safe move. Finally, depending on your needs, it is also possible to benefit from a packing service. I am extremely happy with my experience and I'm going to only contacting them for my future moves.

Moving with We Haul was a fantastic experience this past September. My boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to movers after moving to Montreal with just my mom and her best friend for help the year before. The We Haul team made the money unbelievably well spent. We had terrible elevators in our old building, and despite the fact that they had every right to complain about how slow, frustrating and unreliable they were, we never heard a peep out of them.
I am so glad that we were able to make this treat to yourself worthwhile. We strive to make all of our clients super happy and relaxed.
