I am disappointed with the level of service provided by this storage facility since the change in ownership. The facility has implemented policies that create unnecessary hardships for customers particularly regarding access to their units. One of the most concerning practices is the reported 72-hour delay in restoring access after a past due balance has been paid.
We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. We value your feedback and are actively reviewing our policies to enhance customer satisfaction. We will work on improving communication and ensuring prompt access to units.
Storage units are clean, nice, and secure. So secure in fact that even paying customers like myself struggle to get in. The gate works about as often as a New Year’s resolution, roughly 5% of the time. The app? Let’s just say it connects …

Check in was a breeze!, the online application and payment portals worked so great, I am so happy with how effortless renting my unit was! The storage grounds are almost too clean if that was even possible!! Lol! Ample space for trucks with longer trailers like mine to turn corners. Ample space between all the stored rvs, campers and trailers. Beautiful grounds all the way across the board!

We became aware of this facility when another family member rented a storage unit. We were so impressed with their entire process, security, professionalism and ease to use that we decided it was our only option when needed to rent space.
