Damaged furniture (see pictures below of a $4800 Tommy Bahama table that was damaged beyond repair but only reimbursed $600), late delivery, inadequate van space but MOST importantly ignoring my many emails and phone calls after the move made this process very stressful for my parents in their mid to late 80’s. Very nice crew but very unprofessional administration. If you have special personal items, do not use this company. It’s not worth the stress on your senior loved ones.
Hello Ellie, Thank you for your feedback, both positive and constructive. As we have discussed extensively, your parents were reimbursed based on the market value as per WeCare's Terms and Conditions. This avenue was taken because the table could not be repaired due to it being veneer.
The bedroom furniture was not assembled properly, and the bolts that would be used to attach the bed to the headboard are missing. A corner was chipped off the headboard, and I was not even informed. I contracted for final cleanout for several weeks later, The crew was very argumentative among themselves as to who is doing what etc, and they finally left, to come back the next day. When they did come back, with a different crew, they left the job I paid for unfinished, with stuff still in the garage and the lanai.
Mr. Rose I apologize about the bed but this is the first time I am hearing about the bolts from the original move in which was done in September and at that time you were very happy. If we don’t know their is an issue how can we correct the issue.
To anyone thinking to use this company Pam and Kathy will give you a run around if you change your mind. Please read Yelp reviews as well and you'll see all the negative reviews. Beyond poor experience, they will take your money without any work to be completed. I will not recommend this company to anyone. This company will give you unprofessional and a terrible experience with long and late responses only if you call several times first.

We care used to care—they no longer do. During my move, which was only a mile down the street in the same community, they broke a mirror, a 75" TV, and a thick glass drawer front. After 4 months of my repeated follow-up, I have not been compensated for anything. All I have asked for is to have a new piece of glass made for our dresser. Once they got paid, they couldn't care less. Perhaps they should change their name to that—Careless.
Almost ran me off the road. Decided to do a u-turn while cars are going 40-50 mph on Bee Ridge Road in the middle of the road. Nearly caused a large accident. Huge truck and they decide while cars are actively coming, to just go and cause everybody else to SLAM on their breaks. REALLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND STUPID. If that's how they drive, they are probably really bad movers. Don't use them for anything.

Some of the worst drivers on the road. Reckless and non observant. Would trust these folks to haul toilet paper let alone my loved ones valuables. Stay away until they train their drivers how to drive a box truck.
Everett thank you for bringing this to our attention however we have our phone number all over our truck and wish you would have called us directly so we could have pinpointed who was driving. As you can see on our reviews we have an excellent reputation.

David and were good natured and friendly. They handled all of our belongings with care, padding and wrapping all of our furniture. They put in a full day's work in 90 degree weather and were as good natured and friendly at the end of the day as the start! Reasonable pricing and excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.

The Team showed upon time. First in the many points of the extremely professional company. They were recommended from "Secure Aging" (google them) Senior Relocation Services were kind hard working & on point! I can't imagine coming into a stranger's residents & know exactly what was asked of them. They listened heard & executed the perfect move. I had lived in this home for 15 years. The women & men on this team went IMHO above & beyond! The care in packing for the little thing was what really got to me.

Moving a parent with dementia is incredibly emotional. WeCare Senior Relocation services made it compassionate, smooth and truly reassuring for our family.
