In their own words
I had a new washer and dryer installed/stacked a few days ago- lo and behold the dryer was too high for me to use it in this position- I called the company I had purchased them from, and they will only do the initial install/stack, they would not return to unstack them for me... I googled movers of large and specialty items (I also have limited space to work in, in my laundry room)- I found West Metro and called to see if they may be able to help me.
I am so happy that I used West Metro for my move! Joel and his team were right on time, fast and positive. I had them pack and unpack my items and I cannot tell you how much of a relief that made my move. They were attentive to my needs and even set up my closet (most important to me) exactly how I wanted it. It was so nice to be able to cook a proper meal in our new house the first night having all my cookware exactly where I wanted it!
Joel and his team moved us from Littleton to Trinidad. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Joel was responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls. He checked in to see if we needed boxes and help. His crew was professional, yet friendly and considerate. They protected our furniture and art work with care. No damage done to moved items or either property. Reasonable rates and efficient work. Highly recommend Joel and his crew for your move.
The team at West Metro Relocation did a great job moving us. I would absolutely recommend them in the future to anyone needing moving services, local or out of state, professionalism matters, and this team is a group of pros. A coworker moved the same time as us, and it took them an extra week to get their stuff delivered beyond the delivery date, they tried to communicate with their company and didn't get through until 11pm at night when they dropped their stuff on the front lawn and left.
