Honestly, I’m not sure how they have the reviews they do as that’s pretty much the only reason I selected them over a more credible mover. The reality is: 1. The crew was extremely slow. I had all of my stuff packed in boxes and ready to go and was moving two blocks. The move took 6 hours… for an apartment, after being quoted 3. 2. They damaged most if not all of my furniture, as well as my art and walls/doorway. They all have dings/nicks and I was not even close to being made whole for the damage. 3.
Travis, I would like to start off by saying I am truly sorry you had a terrible experience. I wish you had reached out to me when the move occurred almost 2 months ago. I noticed you mentioned in your review, everything was pre packed ready to go and also the movers were very slow.

We used What A Move last week for our move to our new home. What a great company! The owner Johnathan was professional, prompt, and very communicative. The team was friendly, efficient, and got the whole move done in a VERY timely fashion! They were careful with our items and took care to properly wrap furniture and items to not be damaged in the move. The pricing was more than fair, and given that we were charged by the hour, I was happy to see they still worked fast to get our move complete.

The crew that moved our 5 bedroom house did a fantastic job. They did much better than a big name company that we used last time to move that broke things and damaged our exterior wall of our house. These guys took great care of our belongings. They were nice and pleasant to be around and worked hard to get our move done in a short period of time. They did all that for a great price. We definitely recommend them.
Folks no need to look elsewhere these guys are the best! Period! I needed an emergency partial move, out of the blue, due to a real estate sale. They not only were able to squeeze me in, but they were extremely punctual, their large moving truck could have moved my entire house, very caring, extremely cautious with all my belongings, used safety precautions, staff with positive outlook "can do attitude" (amazing) The best moving experience anyone could ever ask for!! 5 Star rating folks!!

I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with the owner via his company(Whatamove). This company lives up to his name. On the day of my move my Previous mover canceled on me. I started searching Google and Whatamove accepted immediately and reassure me that he will get me moving on my day. He was prompted, courteous, respectful, professional and work assiduously to accomplish the tasks within the hours he quoted and promised he would do to keep me on my budget.
