Broke two items and refused to reimburse me. They went directly against their policy. Both items were $60-70. If you want honest movers, don’t use them. I’ve moved all over the country with the military and never had a problem. I understand if things break, but take accountability for when mistakes happen. They did not make this right. As someone that works in the service industry, this was handled extremely poorly. They also quoted us for a lower price than what was asked for.

I strongly advise against using Whitners Moving Co. During our recent move, their crew broke our septic system meter. This is a critical component of our property, and repairs are costly. Despite clear evidence that the damage was caused during the move, the company has refused to take responsibility for or cover the cost of repairs. We trusted them with our belongings and property, and their lack of accountability is unacceptable. Their customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful throughout the process.

Disappointing and Unprofessional Whitners Moving Co was hired for a recent move, and their team broke my septic system meter during the process. I immediately reported the damage and provided photos and repair estimates, but the company has refused to take responsibility or reimburse me for the costly repairs. This lack of accountability and customer care is a breach of contract and extremely disappointing.

We recently used Whitners Moving this moving for a fairly large move—a 3-bedroom house plus a fully furnished basement—and overall had a great experience. From the start, the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. On moving day, the crew showed up right on time and got to work immediately. They were professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. They handled our furniture and boxes with care and worked efficiently the entire time.

We moved from Texas to Columbus and needed help moving our belongings from a moving truck that was loaded back in Texas. Caerus and his team got our belongings into a condo, then we drove over to my daughter's apartment to pick up some large, bulky, heavy items to move over to the condo. The guys wrapped the items we were moving, took great care of moving them to the truck, and got all the additional items to the condo and unloaded them. They seriously worked hard and were very kind.

We were stressed, scrambling, and honestly didn’t know what we were going to do—until Whitner’s Moving stepped in and completely turned everything around.
