Wild Safari Moving

I would never use this moving company again. Cons: They were 3.5 days late They never reached out to tell us anything; we initiated all contact They almost got into a brawl in our driveway after moving all the boxes in-- expletives, racial slurs, really loud yelling at 10 pm. We originally contracted All My Sons for the move but the day of move supposedly their truck broke down and we were passed off to Wild Safari Moving. We had no official contract from either company! The movers did a good job even though it was a 90+ degree day. They did everything we asked and were tipped accordingly. We also provided water on this extremely hot day. The move was only one mile so not really a problem.

I have difficulty giving Safari Movers one star. They are a complete scam and the owner Kenny Tucker is an extortionist. They gave us a quote for 2 hours ($400) to move a one bedroom apartment which was completely packed and boxed up.They were supposed to show up between 9 and noon. They arrived at 1:30pm in an unlabeled truck. The movers also commented, "this was the most packed up apartment they had ever moved". The owner Kenny, told me they clocked in at 1330 and out at 2100.

I recently hired Wild Safari through a Groupon deal for my daughter's move, paying $255.59 for two hours of moving/packing service with two movers. Initially, communication was delayed; despite being promised a callback within 30 minutes, we had to follow up four hours later. Once we connected, they honored the Groupon and scheduled the movers for noon. However, they arrived three hours late, claiming a flexible window of 12:00 to 2:00.

I went through Providence Van Lines, who contracts with Wild Safari Moving. My items were picked up in Minneapolis by WONDERFUL movers on May 13th, to be moved to Ft. Myers, FL. I never received an arrival date estimate, but wasn't too worried. When I did not receive my items for 2 weeks, I "scheduled" a deliver date of June 10th.

DO NOT USE! On the recommendation of All My Sons Moving & Storage (their role is a whole separate issue) we were booked with this company to move our 864 sq ft house. Not the appliances, just our stuff. Somehow this took 6.5 hours and we still don’t have everything. Two guys and a U-Haul showed up and moved our couch, some dressers, 2 bed frames we disassembled, 2 mattresses, a few totes, a freezer and workbench from the basement, 2 large toolboxes on wheels (Edgar and I moved these once we got to the new house…

I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I called this company today about getting some same-day help with moving a family friend’s vehicle, trying to help out the best I could. I mentioned that U-Haul quoted me around $350 for a pull-behind trailer, so their quote of $580 was higher than what we were looking for. After I politely declined, the representative actually laughed and said, ‘haha, car’s gonna get robbed.’ I find this extremely unprofessional.

This moving company was contracted by tower moving systems to move me from Indianapolis to Louisiana, and I would never recommend them!! 1st they lost over half my belongings because they stored my property w/ another jobs property. They delivered half my things and took another 2 weeks to locate my things. 2nd delivery was more disastrous than the 1st, they casually threw my stuff in the storage unit and damaged a lot of my furniture and the tvs I had in storage.
