We had a poor experience with this company during our move in December 2025. The movers broke the blinds in our rental apartment but assured us it would be covered by their insurance. However, after I followed up with support, the process became a headache. They requested photos and then insisted on an in-person inspection—which was impossible since we had already vacated the rental. Since then, they have completely stopped responding.
Honestly don't know what has happened to this moving company. This is the fourth time that I've used them because they were so good in the past however this was by far the absolute worst move I've ever had in my life. After repeatedly telling them not to take my refrigerator apart they proceeded to do so anyway and because of that I was not able to get my refrigerator online before my food went bad yet they refused to cover the food that was in the refrigerator that went bad because of them.
Tldr; too expensive and didn't use both people. 250$ per hour to watch 2 guys scrape my floors, walls, and door frames trying to move furniture that is too big to move by yourself.. by themselves. The whole reason I hired movers was to move the stuff that took 2 people, and I don't think they worked together a single time. Looots of scratches on both old and new homes, but the furniture itself seems to be ok and all in one piece. No shame in using 2 people guys!

They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and immediately got to work with a clear plan. We’ve moved three times, and we’ve never seen a team work so quickly and so meticulously. They handled every item with care, asked questions when needed, and made smart decisions about what should go where.

Christian, Hayden, and Joe are true lifesavers! They are Incredible Hulks that treat you and your things with respect and love! They work so well together and have respect for each other. They are so friendly, fast, hardworking, and kind! They pay attention to detail, listen, communicate, have a great attitude, and wrap everything with blankets and plastic wrap! Not one thing of ours is damaged. Hayden and Joe know how to disassemble a sleep number bed and put it back together perfectly!
I called to arrange emergency moving help on Saturday around 4:30pm to assist my parents’ move & the odds and ends left with impending deadline to vacate the next morning. Wildcat immediately video called me to see what needed moving, emailed me quote & contract, Xaivier and Cam arrived early for the job, & knocked all expectations out of the park. They were efficient, professional, kind, friendly, & got the job done with smiles and laughs.
