Do not use this facility, the outside units where not made correctly. I had my whole household in the for 2 months and the unit leaked from multiple spots causing lots of damage. Yes they make you get insurance from them but they would not cover all the water and mold damage saying they do not cover floods but my damage was not from flood, the lady in the office would not clarify to insurance that it was from above but was snooty throwing in my face I should have taken pictures.

Wind River Self Storage is an exceptional facility to store belongings. I was on the ground floor in the climate controlled portion of the facility. The temperature was always cool. We never had an issue with anything. The provided carts were fantastic to help us speed up transport. The security measures taken to deter theft were thourough and effective. Diana Plante did a wonderful job getting us in quickly and there wasn't an issue ceasing our rental. If you need storage in Cheyenne, this place is second to none.

Outstanding local business! I was left stranded by uhaul and Wind River had me in a better unit - cheaper and quicker. The management is exceptional. The facility quality is the best in Cheyenne and secure/clean. Highly recommended! Edit... I was with WRS for a while. They are excellent. I highly recommend them if you are in SE Wyoming. Attentive, clean, and responsive!

We rented from them for 3 months as we planned for a move 4 hours away. The facility is clean and secure. More importantly, management here is wonderful. They seem to really are about the security or your items and are just kind. The location is great, especially for folks on the east side of town.
