Update 10/8/24: the company reached out to me after this review to attempt to remedy the situation. A partial refund & apology was offered Half of the crew was unprofessional. The lead asked my husband to take items apart such as a crib & a queen bed frame. The lead also did not bring any tools whatsoever to disassemble or assemble any items. I called the company to confirm that they were supposed to assemble and disassemble our items and the company rep assured me that they are expected to do so.
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced during your move. We understand how important it is to have a smooth, professional experience, and it’s clear we missed the mark in several areas.
The 2 guys that moved me worked hard, wrapped my things, etc. However, the company under bid the time by 4 hrs!! Not sure if they do this to get more money out of ya. Only one dolly- for two guys, the movers shut down the elevator propping it open, causing us to walk a long corridor to the other elevator, probably tacking on another hour and a half- I helped them the entire time. I was a 3rd mover🤷 Movers threw my bed screws into his tool bag, having to fish them out, needless to say, I didn't get them all back.
Kassie, We are very sorry to hear that we fell short of you expectations on moving day. The significant overages on the bill were due to the elevator failing early in the move. Our team spent much more time loading your items than expected due to this, having to carry your items down a long hallway…
This business is not reliable and make you lose your time and money and make your moving experience a total nightmare. Scheduled a moving more than two weeks ago and Harris mentioned that have plenty availability for do out moving this weekend 6/15 scheduled the first window time available starting at 9-10 I scheduled with them. On 6/15 moving date around 10 received and call were Ronald said his coworkers did not showed up. So he was trying to get another person to do my moving.
Juan, We apologize for the experience that you had with our team. We have never had to cancel a job due to movers not showing up to work. This mover has since been let go as he did not give us clear timing causing your move to go the way that it did.
My experience with Wolf Moving was far from what I had hoped. They were recommended to me by another moving company, and I reached out for an estimate, making it very clear that I was working within a budget. Based on the estimate and the initial walk-through day of moving, I was assured that the 7.5 hours allotted for the move would be plenty of time. Unfortunately, the move ended up taking 12 hours, and I still don’t understand why it dragged on for so long.

At first, I was debating whether to organize the move myself with a few friends or hire help—but after meeting Andrew in person for an evaluation, I knew I’d made the right call with Team Wolf. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely the best moving experience we could have imagined! I cannot say enough good things about Wolf Moving Company (Darren, Trey and Tay were truly the dream team). The crew showed up early on moving day, were transparent, honest and incredibly articulate and methodical with all the prep work. You could tell they take real pride in their work. They handled every piece of furniture with care, wrapping and padding everything like it actually mattered to them.
(Spring 2026) I used this company again to move out of my apartment this year. I was moving things into storage units that I'd had sent to the site to fill. Setting the move up was seamless and quick. There were two guys on this move, EJ and Tay. They wrapped up all the things that needed protection or were fiddly shapes, worked in an organized fashion, and got the job done faster than I expected. They were personable and took care with me and my belongings. I would use this company again if I had the need for it.

We hired Wolf moving to move my mother in law. From the walk through appointment to the actual move day they exceeded our expectations. The quote was priced competitively based on other companies and they responded quickly to questions prior to and after booking. Her entire move went seamlessly and the entire team that we had the pleasure to work with at Wolf moving were wonderful. We have moved a lot and this is the first time I can say that the move wasn’t stressful at all.
