Other than Jim Murphy being awesome the rest of the company is horrible. We had for a long distance move and we have done many before, none with this company though. The coordinator didn’t stay in touch as she should had. The crew was late to show up and nobody could tell me who or when people were supposed to work. The crew leader Luigi wrote down every one of our items was scratched or rubbed which was a lie. At the very end of packing after we observed our couch get ripped we realized he had been doing this.

When we were first looking for movers for our move from New Jersey to Kentucky, this company sent out a representative and came in with a really good price. That was half of what the first company that we got an estimate from. the representative‘s name is Chris Finno Who never followed up afterwards, when we called Wade, Odell, and Wade, a few weeks later to ask some questions, considering them as our movers we spoke to Chris directly who never called us back.

Thx for the automated reputation management program response. How about some actual customer service regarding the below issues? We used this company for a long-distance move. It was the 7th such move for me. I was very impressed with the driver. As for this local company . . . the worst I've ever experienced. By far! 1. Poor communication 2. Lack of "free" packing materials 3. Wanted to do the final walk-through by facetime (geez!) 4. 1 large furniture item added after the original quote.

BEWARE !!!!! Left 8 TIGHTLY wrapped pallets of vodka in storage for a year with WoW. Upon picking up the pallets yesterday I noticed a case of my vodka in the garbage can of the warehouse, as seen in the photos. After bringing this to the attention of David the owner, and Ed the warehouse manager, I was told "a case fell from the pallet". This scenario is impossible given the nature of how the pallets were packed for shipment, as seen in the photos.
Sorry Ms Weiland when loading the skids our forklift hit one box of 6 bottles and damaged them. No one tampered with your product simply an accident and without you responding to our correspondence you filed a report the police report.We … More
Worst moving experience ever. A ridiculous amount of damage to furniture, broken glass that the movers tried to hide by putting in my trash barrel. Ruined floors, damaged walls. All noted on the final paper with drivers signature as well as mine and they don’t want to be accountable for any of the damage. In addition, I have boxes with water damage from when they moved the things out of the storage unit and left in the rain before putting on the truck.

Estimator, packers and movers did not communicate which cost us time and money. We were not told that exercise equipment had to be disassembled to move. Employees/workers were very good and worked hard. They had to work harder since the supervisors and estimator did not do there jobs correctly. The worst thing is that no manager or owner returned my 3 calls to discuss
Chose this bunch to move us about 10 miles. We were told by the crew lead to disassemble two beds, which was not part of the deal. This horrible man talked down to my wife as if he was her boss and was a total mysoginist. He made her …

I never leave comments but this is the best experience I have had with ANY moving company I’ve ever used. The team was EXCELLENT from beginning to end. Jim came out promptly to do a quote and was very professional, kind and knowledgeable about everything I needed, without trying to overcharge like some companies. The wonderful crew, lead by Manny and Rocky, did the work on the coldest day of the year with 13 inches of snow on the ground and were fast, communicative and handled with care.

This morning I had my military unaccompanied baggage shipment delivered by the WOW Moving company and they were nothing but professional. They called the day prior to confirm delivery time between 0800-1000 and were right on time. They unpacked and took away the boxes and packing paper that I didn’t need and were fast but smooth. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who’s thinking about using their services especially military.
