BEWARE of these movers ! Totally unprofessional and not trust worthy ! Found there contact through online and got scheduled for move with Louis! The move was scheduled at 2 pm, got a call from Louis that it will be delayed till 3 pm then at 5 pm and finally he arrived at 7 pm, I had scheduled for 2 people and at 7 pm he came with 3 and says I have to pay extra for one more guy if i want to move ! He made us wait whole day and now asking more money ? such a flipper !!
We used Wrapped in Bubble to move our household items to Oklahoma. I gave them a one star and that was generous. They quoted us a price. We paid them half. In a few days they also wanted to add airfare to get back to Chattanooga. Last week we moved into our new home and at that time we moved our belongings into the new home also. Man was that a shock to see how awful our things were treated. Lots of scratches on a lot of the furniture. To top it off, I was given my grandmothers hutch which is priceless to me.
Dear Ginger, We regret to hear about the issue you have encountered. Despite the delay in reporting, we remain committed to resolving this matter. The insurance you purchased will cover any mistakes made.
So after my review the owner contacted me and threatened to turn me in for a bad review and make me go in front of a judge. Does this sound like a company you want to hire? Everything I posted on the review was the whole truth. So in other words they like people to lie to say they were good. All I can say is if you have a bad feeling then go with it. I wish I had followed my bad feelings to save me the nightmare I went thru.
Ripped a hole in my couch with the TV stand , broke my wife's , grandmother's table. Broke several glass items that were actually wrapped up and protected by mishandling the boxes.Workers did not have the greatest of attitudes. The owner tried to make it right with the couch , but offering $120 towards a $1200 couch is not my idea of making it right. Keep in mind my couch was 6 months old and I did not have kids or pets so it was in immaculate shape.
We regret hearing about the issue and are still committed to resolving it. Please inform us of the specific problem so we can take appropriate action.
I would not recommend this company. Cheaper is not always better. They broke the foot on a solid wood restoration hardware bed. The owner did repair but left off a bolt that connected the headboard to the rail when he set it up and did not inform us. We discovered after a few weeks when the bed started creaking.

We hired Wrapped in Bubble to unpack our moving truck when we recently moved to the Chattanooga/Ooltewah area. I was struggling finding a reputable team or company to help. I posted an ad online and Louise reached out and was so kind and helpful. Offered a great rate and two men to unpack my truck. He communicated everything and sent two hard working and respectful professionals movers named Christian and Dale who payed great attention to detail. They were exactly on time, not a minute early or late, that never happens! It can be frustrating when someone shows up early and you're not ready not or shows up late and you're waiting. I was incredibly impressed with how kind and respectful they were. They handled all of my items with such care as everything arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't believe that they only took one 15 minute break on such a hot day.

Louis is a phenomenal guy. He’s down to earth. He’s professional. He’s a joy to work with. He understands that moving is a pain and does what he can to lift the burden off you…see what I did there? 😜…In all seriousness, if you need movers who will take care of your possessions and make you feel at ease, Wrapped In Bubble is the company to call. They moved our stuff to storage and told us it would be best to pay the additional fee for blankets for protection of our goods.
GREAT experience with this company!!! What initially stood out to me when they first arrived was that the owner took the initiative to bring one extra guy based on our move description because we were unsure as to whether or not it was a two or three man job. He did not charge me for the third person even though the third person still assisted with the move. Extremely kind and professional.
