Currently on day 98 of a missing pallet ($4000+ of product) and zero updates from the claims department despite numerous emails and calls to customer service. UPDATE - DAY 124 WITHOUT RESOLUTION
They ruined my engine I bought off of eBay. They blamed it on the shipper but no shipper would ever ship a engine on its side . Trash shipping company.
I’ve never shipped or received anything from them, but any company that is so uncaring about residents around their Pocatello, ID. terminal, definitely wouldn’t care how they treat your property during shipping! …
Always a day or two later than the promised delivery date and the excuses are never good. Never any warning about delivery being late also and customer service is never helpful.
Lost a order can't deliver on time there a joke go with some one else even if it cost a little more . Be money a Head in the long run ! Trust me
