Sam did an appraisal on a piano and was thorough in his report. He was prompt to respond, professional, and clear in communicating. I was pleased with his work.
Sam tuned our piano then we him list it for sale. He was able to sell it extremely quickly to a musical home for which we are grateful. We found Sam to be pleasant, professional and efficient and would highly recommend him.

We had an old piano that I bought on a whim. It was a nice instrument, but I didn’t realize that the upper register was grossly out of tune until I had carried it up the stairs and into our house (so it was definitely staying). Luckily, a visit from Sam fixed everything. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Would highly recommend.
