In their own words
Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Purchased their help through U-Haul this past Sunday for my move. They never showed up. Never called, never gave me any type of heads up. Just never showed. But I did see my payment to them never went through the morning of my move. So there’s that. But me and my sick girlfriend ended up having to move my entire apartment by ourselves. Tried calling them multiple times before the move and after they no-showed. I never got someone to answer or a call back when I left a voicemail.
Terrible. I sent a box and they made me pay a fine, supposedly $350, when it arrived in Venezuela, without any proof or documentation. Besides that, they opened my box and stole items.

These guys were great! They communicated frequently and were on time the day of the move. They got the job done quickly too. They were also super nice and friendly. I would definitely hire them again.
Bernie and George were great!!! They went above and beyond and were very careful and mindful when loading and offloading furniture. They even went with me to my storage to offload my containers after delivering the furniture. I highly recommend their company!!!
YEO really got me out of a bind by providing services on the same day I requested when I suddenly found myself without any help. Ethan and Aiden who came out were outstanding to work with. They took their time, assisted in moving some pieces in and out, and displayed great care with the items they handled. Both were hard working, affable and very focused individuals!! I also want to give a shout out to Bernie who responded to my SOS request.
Yeo Moving was exceptional! Bernie always goes above and beyond with service! Bernie assisted us with a recent move and IKEA furniture assembly. We realized that we needed a Box Spring and once again he came to the rescue. He was able to pick up the Box Spring and deliver on the same day! Can’t express enough thanks for his help! Yeo Moving is the BEST in Knoxville and would highly recommend!
