Showed up 5 hours late. I had to move in the dark with two strangers (the movers) and as a single lady I felt uncomfortable with this but had to be out of my place that day so I had no other option. One mover was kind / polite and hard working. The other was not. They were unable to fit all of my belongings which caused a big strain for me and the owner of the place I was leaving. A $1,500 chair was damaged.

The sales guy, Eli was very smooth, convincing and helpful (up until I paid the deposit) He and the reviews I read, were so persuasive that I even opted not to purchase the “optional” insurance we were offered at the last minute. I guess that makes it our fault that several pieces of furniture were damaged in the process. We were promised much up front but the delivery fell far short.

We chose this company because of its outstanding Google reviews (over 1,000 reviews with a 4.9-star average), so our expectations were very high. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We scheduled our move three weeks in advance. To make things easier, my husband and I transported many boxes to our new home ourselves before moving day. Even with fewer items to move, the crew was shockingly slow. We were told the move would take 7 to 8 hours.

When we set the time of the move a week ahead of the move in, they insisted it be at 7:30 even though 9:30 worked better for me. I obliged. They then showed up 4 1/2 hours late. they did give me some updates, but i was the one that had to reach out and it was always, they'll be there soon, or they'll be there in twenty minutes. Three times at least we spoke and all three times the updates were lies. When they finally showed up, there was no apology or communication why they were late.

Called the morning of my move because it seemed odd I hadn’t heard from anyone yet, to find that they had a “system error”. When I called to book the move their customer service agent had to re do the paperwork 3 times because they kept putting the wrong address and spelling the names incorrectly. I’m pretty confident this was not a system error but a people error. Don’t use this company unless they can get better people to manage their moves.

We used You Move Me to unload our 26 foot UHaul truck! They sent us the best 2 guys possible in Keynon and Nico!
