Zenith was supposed to pick up on Saturday. They were a no show, no call. I had to call the company to get answers. The third party truck service- Anthony- that I was directed to was very unprofessional with his responses and vague. He had no clear answers on any of my questions. He would say he would follow up and did not. I had to follow up with him. It is now Monday and my items still have not been picked up. I would not recommend as I now am backed up on my moving time frame.

We had hired this company for a move. Our original quote was higher than other places, but we really liked the person that we spoke to, so we decided to go with Zenith instead. At the time that we signed up, do do some unknowns in our schedule, we were assured that we could cancel at any time for a full refund, despite their typical policy saying otherwise. We also liked that, so we considered that when choosing them.

Horrible do not use. They under quote so you hire them. Then lie about timing and what to expect. Then they hire a sub contractor who show up and you are forced to pay whatever they say. My final price was 3x my initial contract. They are unresponsive when you call. Despite the language on the contract saying you can pay with cashiers check, subcontractor wouldn’t take or start unloading until they had cash in hand. Customer service is very rude and won’t return calls.

When my couch arrived at my new place, it had a mysterious stain on it--even though I saw the movers shrink-wrap the cushions before loading. A week later, I received an unsolicited text from a couch cleaning company. Turns out, the movers had passed my number along without my consent. This was clearly intentional and incredibly shady. Completely unacceptable behavior--do not trust them with your belongings or your personal information.

Website has inaccurate information, not transparent about pricing. Rude staff, avoid at all costs. They have very high prices, and the staff is not helpful.

Moving can be incredibly stressful, but Zenith Moving made the entire process seamless from start to finish. They handled not only my personal home move but also the relocation of my medical office, which involved transporting expensive laser equipment, delicate medical devices, custom furniture, and countless fragile items. I was especially impressed by their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
I have used Zenith three times over the last few years and each time they have been professional, flexible, and communicative. They have taken great care of my belongings and have provided excellent customer service. I can’t recommend them highly enough - I will never use anyone else!
Zenith was very thorough and professional with very fair pricing! 100% recommend
They exceeded my expectations . I am a clean freak OCD person moving into the home we took two years renovating, so as you can imagine I wanted a white glove service. New walls, new floors and I wanted to keep it spotless through the whole moving process. They understood the request and followed to the teeth. My house has front steps and stairs, my furniture was super heavy and the move in process took 4 days - two trucks and two Pods containers to unload.
