Update: After posting this review, a representative from Zip Movers were quick to reach out. They presented us with an amended offer for damages that moved closer to taking away the sting of our experience with these movers. After everything has been said and done, what has seemed most notable to me was the vast difference in getting the help we needed - before and after posting a review.

Subpar service sold to me at top dollar. Moving is so stressful and Zip is the root of my stress. Zip moved my furniture and some of my clothes and kitchen items for $1100. While the movers moved my bed I think they moved a box carrying all my outerwear out of the way. I noticed after I came back to my original location that SEVERAL boxes were not moved and when I reached out radio silence. They wrapped half of my sectional sofa so the other half was exposed to the moving truck.

Zip is just that!!!!! They gave a 3 hr quote...was done in 50 minutes loading my belongings from storage to my new apartment we finshed at 958am!!! Hiw awesome is that!!! SAGE DANNY AND MY FRIEND WITH THE GORGIOUS BOW LEGS..OMG I FORGOT YOUR NAME IS IT JOSÉ??? YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!! Great set of 3 guys...they were PROMPT EFFICIENT AND DID EVERYTHING I ASKED!!!! VERY fast but was extremely careful with my bins...I pack as neat as possible to make it easier on the movers...bins with lids!

The Zip Moving experience was so smooth. They really do make moving easy. And they have fun! Eduardo was our foreman and he was on top of all the details. His crew of 6 worked hard for 12+ hours and kept smiling. This is our second move with Zip in the past 2 1/2 years so you know they do a good job!
