George and Lado (I’m sorry if I didn’t spell right) were nothing short of AMAZING! Kind, efficient, safe, transparent about what was happening, and STRONG! I ended up adding so much more than I had originally planned to move. The truck had a ton of space and they were willing to be flexible with my needs. I have moved over 7 times and they exceeded my expectations and past experiences. Thank you for everything! Also, completely reasonable price!

Zip to Zip was amazing to work with from beginning to end. Anna and Alex were my moving consultants. They answered all of my questions promptly and provided a lot of details! Then I had Shalva and Tornike as my movers and they were absolutely incredible. They literally drove all the way to Ohio, got my stuff, and delivered it in NYC in about 36 hours. They probably could’ve done it in under 24hrs, if I didn’t have to be at the office. All my stuff arrived safely with no damage. They were also great communicators.

UPDATE > I have never seen a company bend over backwards to please an unhappy customer. I was reimbursed for the new step latter I bought to replace the one that got lost. I definitely will recommend them to all my friends. Update to my original review - guys were great to work with and they were definitely hard workers. BUT....when I was unpacking I realized I was missing my 4 step ladder. I called them days later when I realized it but still no ladder. So I had to purchase a new one.
