In their own words
The only reason this company gets 2 whole stars is because the employees who came to pack our belongings were speedy and handled out items with care (the first time only). With that being said, Zipbox stored our items for a few months (until our next home build was completed) and when we received our moving truck, many, and I mean many of our belongings were damaged beyond repair or replacement.
Warning: Shady with the final, contracted price; overcharged. The contract had me at $910 for the truck, 3 movers, and 5 hours of labor, with a 2 hour labor minimum. (I knew it wouldn't take the full 5 hours). Then at the end of the day, …

Hi Rob, I just want to thank you and your team for a great moving experience. Angel and the team that packed and loaded up the truck were super efficient and did a great job packing everything carefully. They were helpful with loading the truck with what we needed first and had us loaded up quickly. Today, Anthony and the crew that helped him were awesome. They were very polite and friendly. They were extremely helpful with making sure we had what we needed off the truck to take care of my mom.
"I recently hired Zippboxx to help with my relocation, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. The team was professional, efficient, and attentive to detail throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and worked quickly to ensure that everything was safely packed and transported to my new home. The communication from Zippboxx was excellent - they kept me informed every step of the way and were responsive to any questions or concerns I had.
Just used them on Saturday, what a great overall experience. First, they called a few days before the move. They'd checked the weather and adjusted to come earlier to beat the rain and protect our stuff. Three professionals came and got right to work disassembling and packing our stuff. Then came to the new house and placed everything where we wanted it with care and concern. We had a house full of stuff and they didn't bat an eye. Even finished under the allotted time and got us in under estimate.
I never want to move again, business or home. But when I must, I'm using Zippboxx, again. I recently moved my office from Melville to Hauppauge and these guys were great every step of the way. The building I was leaving had strict moving times and the office staff at Zippboxx worked with us to ensure everything was planned correctly. The actual move was flawless and took less time than estimated. The entire team of 5 was great and worked tirelessly, even though it was a nighttime move.
