We chose Zito’s Moving Company based on strong reviews and recommendations from friends, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The movers showed up three hours late with no phone call or communication about the delay. We were starting to think they weren't coming and were hustling to figure out where we would spend the night. We later found out we were the third move of their day, and it showed. The crew was clearly exhausted and frustrated.

I have used this company for moving 2 other times with exceptional service. This last time I used them they broke my curio cabinet glass, broke one of my son's legs on his dresser, nicked up doorway in our rental, took my sleep number bed apart and didn't put it back together correctly. I called and spoke to owner who said get the bed fixed and they'll reimburse me for it. He also put the person.who broke my curio cabinet on the phone that said he would look into replacement for mine. I never heard back from them.

I have waited over a week to write this review because I'm still shocked by my experience. Zito's was recommended by a friend for moving purposes and we had scheduled with them for 9am a Saturday. I filled out a form online with basic information about what we would be moving (I just wasn't sure of how many boxes). They called me back same day with an estimate and we scheduled the move.

If i could give zero stars, i would. It’s been 3 years since our move and i was never going to make a bad review until i happen to see someone on a mom page telling another mom to avoid this company for doing the exact same thing to me. So clearly it’s a pattern. We (a military family) used this company while my husband was gone for 2 months and couldn’t help me move our family with a new baby to our new house.

deep scratch lon my bed room wood floor. Not picking up the xall since the move. Furniture dragged and banged. My belongings including large brand new laundary detergents gallons etc were picked up and not delivered. The guys were about seven. They were tired and had no sense of organizing the stuff in the truck. They ended up getting another truck and charged us for that too. And still left our things behind. Thank God this was a local move. We have taken 4 trips back and forth to bring back what they left.

ZITO Movers moved us from our home in East Amherst to the AMBERLEIGH on Maple Road. It was the worst experience regarding moving in our lives. There were several things that were disastrous. For one -- they refused to take our 55 inch TV because as they said it was not "on the list". We have no idea what was meant by the list. I have left two phone messages for the owner, Anthony ZITO, but he has not returned my calls. We strongly recommend that you do not use ZITO MOVERS.

Would never use this company because of the way their drivers maneuver they're trucks like they are the only ones on the road and don't follow traffic laws when driving back to their business. And to top it off, when one moving truck almost hit another car making a right onto Walden, the next truck behind it almost did the same thing to the next car!! (Left turners had a green arrow) No reason for driving like maniacs while representing your company!! Idiots.

Terrible. Rude, unprofessional, broke my glassware labeled fragile. Refused to move almost 1/3 of my boxes because they "weren't secured" yet charged me over $900 for 1 bed, 1 small club chair, 1 tv, 6 large tubs and 40 small & medium boxes. One complained over the amount... apparently they've never had to move an actual household before, this was nothing compared to an actual size house. What a JOKE 🙄
