Awful experience! My refrigerator is gouged, my hardwood floors are scratched. What should have been a two hour move was stretched out to be 5.5 hours. The owner, Dylan only offered to take off the amount that his insurance would pay if he had turned in the claim, which he did not. He came up with the numbers all on his own based on his estimate of the damage. Who does that?
Gave proper information for what they would be moving and they didn’t inform the movers so they came improperly prepared and were unable to move the list of things we gave them. Unprofessional and just poor service
The movers had everything to move a piano, like we take on every move. You wanted my guys to lift a piano over their heads, which you hadn’t told me, until the guys were there. We would’ve gladly helped with any other items, and you declined, and chose to not use our service.

We loved working with Dylan and his crew for our 2 day move!! Dylan was amazing!! He was always reachable and quickly returned calls for questions prior to our move!! The amount and times he quoted us didn't change!! He kept us informed of arrival and his crew was hard working and very respectful!!! I moved on a Monday morning in hot July. Two men arrived with a very large truck which was nice because we got everything in one move. The two men were friendly, careful, professional and communicative. Me and a friend helped the two guys two (4 total) and we got everything moved in 2.5 hours. My total was $450 (transparency for those looking at price) could've been cheaper if you paid with cash or check. The move was very smooth and successful.

These guys are the best! They were able to get me in last-minute and at a very fair price and they did a really great job. They were quick and had a "no-problem" approach to things I thought would be an issue. I really cannot brag about them enough. I will definitely call 417 Moving again next time I move and plan to recommend them to all of my friends!
