They are not a good storage unit to rent from my stuff got stolen from there they did nothing about it but give me trouble about it. They also blamed me for something that was put in someone else’s unit that I had help get and the storage unit was not in my name and it was on camera that it was not me but proceeded to blame me for it and then decided they were not going to renew my contract. I would not recommend renting from them!

Would give zero stars if I could. In January, I hired a moving company to move my items out of my apartment and storage unit at Devon Self Storage. That day, the electronic security gate was completely down and not operational at the facility. There is no employee on site on Sundays, and there is no way to reach anyone with the company. I repeatedly called and reached a voicemail. There is no emergency line at all. I had to eat the cost of my movers and make other arrangements which cost me hundreds of dollars.

Made my whole family feel super uncomfortable and stupid for asking sinple questions we will be moving our stuff asap. Thrn they raised there prices up to 84 for a 5x10 storge u can go 5 mike away and get a 40 same shed an we did just that.

Inside storage is not clean. They have birds living in storage area and poop every where some times it gets inside my storage. They do not allow tenants to utilize their restrooms. They appear nice when you rent then …after

I have been trying to get into my locker for 2 days. I’ve been calling the place for 2 days. The code box had tech issues , and now today it doesn’t work at all .

I am very happy with my decision to use Devon Self Storage. The facility is extremely clean, even the concrete floors of the drive in area are shiny. The staff is helpful, courteous and friendly. They are also responsive to is does and have temporary workarounds in place when needed. The drive in area is very convenient.I can load and unload in air conditioned comfort and not have to deal with the oppressive heat and humidity of the local summer. Carts are plentiful and always available.

My grandparents needed help taking things to their unit, so I volunteered. Never having visited before, I assured my grandparents I'd be able to find the locker and take care of things solo...that was, of course, until I got there. Blessedly, it was only 2 minutes or so before the owner of the facility came to greet me, knew exactly the locker number I was searching for, and he directed me right where I needed to go, showed me how to use the locker, and even made sure I had a cart!

Devon Self Storgage is fantastic and I highly recommend them. The guys that work there are so friendly and helpful. They helped me find the just right storage unit and it’s even climate controlled. I even rented one and realized halfway through moving that it was too big and they helped me to find a different unit that was smaller and a great price. The prices are way better than anywhere around. Thank you Devon Self Storage!
