The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
McK Moving helped me move across town yesterday and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Upfront communication to receive a price quote was seamless and timely. On moving day, Brandon, Rhett, and Matt were punctual, professional, and hard working - I’d recommend their crew and McK Moving to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reputable moving company! 10/10

I cannot say enough good things about this moving company and the specific movers that helped me (Brandon and Tyler). From the first phone call to get a quote, staff members were kind, informative, and professional. Scheduling and paying the deposit was very easy and quick. They also provided ample reminders leading up to the day of move. On the day of the move, Brandon and Tyler were great at keeping me informed about where we were in the move process, while also working very quickly and carefully.

Everyone at Mck Moving was amazing. The experience from making the appointment, to having the movers come out was all perfect. They were all very respectful of my belongings, space, and worked hard to ensure everything was set up for me the right way. Even with the limited time I reserved, they took time to get the job done well and really helped me a lot. If I ever have to move again I will definitely be using their services again. Hands down the best moving company you can get in Springfield!
