The rating breakdown
4 of the 38 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for All Things Piano are one or two star.
Worked out from 38 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Spokane
7.2 percentage points higher than the middle of the 21 listings in Spokane we can publish a rate for.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
On time, careful with my piano and SO NICE, OUTSTANDING and PROFESSIONAL. Their price beat Dan the Piano man significantly and if Steinway uses them (which they do), I trust them. 100% recommend.
Thank you so much, Debra! We are so thankful for this kind review and are happy we could be of service!
Be prepared to be amazed. This business is the best! I could only arrange on my own (before finding this place), movers at both ends, but I’d still have needed repair services, and a truck driver, but these wonderful people did pickup, repair, transport and drop off. Their skills and tools blew my mind, I didn’t know an upright Hobart Grand Piano (A heavy one), could move like that! I am so happy to have this experience in my memory to tell the next person.
Thank you so much, D! I'm so glad we were able to spare you a headache with your moving process and we are so very grateful for your kind review, it means so much to us. It was a pleasure to work with you, and thanks again!
All Things Piano did a wonderful job with our pianos. They moved them and they also took them to their shop and refinished them. We have a Steinway D concert grand piano, which needed some TLC, as well as a Yamaha baby grand. Both pianos look brand new and just beautiful. They also finished them earlier than originally expected, so that was nice to get them back earlier. Well done, All Things Piano!
Tanya, this review means more than we can express. Thank you so much for trusting us with your beautiful pianos, and for taking the time to let us know about your experience. You’re awesome!
These guys are amazing! We had a grand piano delivered several hours away and up an extra long flight of stairs…not an easy task, and it was done flawlessly! They were very professional. I totally recommend them.
