Complete bait and switch by this moving company. I spoke to them on the phone about my son's move and was given a quote IN WRITING. I responded asking if we changed the date, would the quote change. I was told, again, in writing, that no the quote was good as long as it wasn't a weekend or some other specifically blocked off days. When I got confirmation of the move date 2 days later and reached out to them, they DOUBLED the quote. I responded with the email where they told me the cost would not change.

Christian and Tom just moved us out of our apartment and they were AMAZING. They showed up on time, worked quickly but carefully, and lifted the biggest burden off our shoulders. They were kind, communicative, professional, and packed our POD expertly. I can’t believe how much space we still have left in the POD! As they were working my husband whispered to me, “The stress just… melts away,” and I couldn’t agree more.

I had such an amazing experience with Continental Moving Company. Tom and team arrived on time and took the job very seriously. They were really knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions we had. They made sure we were ok with anything that was happening and explained the process to us. He was also really personable as well as his crew. The job took longer than we expected (not due to any fault of theirs) and they had a positive attitude the whole time.
