Bad experience, furniture damaged. I had the company help to move furniture from apartment to a storage. It was scheduled from 12pm to 4pm. But they came at almost 7pm. Since the public storage closes at 6. I was forced to store my furniture at their storage at 225/mo. I asked the manager Josh if there is any compensation for that since this is caused by late arrival and other storage places only costs about half the price. On the phone, he said ”Well, you don’t have other choices”.
Was quoted $535 for a min of 3hrs. They started charging me at 7:40am when they didn’t even get to my house until 8:30am. Charged me to 12pm when they finished at 11:15am. Asked the guy if they charge for delivery they said no they just get paid by the hour and if it’s local it’s fine. Sent them videos and photos to show and kept texting and calling the guy I initially got the quote from and no response. Called the company number, no answer.
Okay... This has to be THE WORST moving company I've ever dealt with. They damaged many of our fragile items and mint condition furniture -- at least it WAS mint. They put a thin layer of plastic wrap over beautiful solid wood furniture, then scraped it along its edge along the concrete floor of the storage unit. How do you think that turned out? The leaf of our [once] beautiful dining room table had a massive scratch along its length.
I would not use these guys for anything more than a simple move, like into a dorm room. They were clearly over-matched by our move to NH, and the "move-in" was, to be charitable, incompetent. We are still trying to sort out the seemingly random distribution of boxes, despite their being clearly marked, and each day brings fresh surprises of breakage of fragile and not so fragile items. VERY disappointed both by their performance and by the Company's "response".
DO NOT USE THEM FOR MOVING. Unsafe COVID risk. Only one of three movers wore a mask and they had no gloves. Also a total rip off and if you are one minute over the hour you will be charged another $200. Cannot stress enough do not use this company if you want to keep your movers to be safety compliant in your home
Caution: I hired these guys today for a local move. Very Much disappointed with their service.Well if you want to save money. Stay away from them. They took their sweet time to convert a 3 hr job to 5 hr.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience here Rick. With all due respect, the 3 hour estimate was reflecting the fact that all your packing & disassembly of furniture will be done by you prior to our guys arriving there.
they lost a full door of one of my furniture piece and then denied it... there is a clear mismatch between how nice the guys doing the job are, and the management.

Marian from Premium Q Moving and Storage first came out to our residence to see all that needed to be moved in order to give us an accurate estimate. Working with them first over the phone and then in person was a pleasure. Marian and his staff arrived to the house promptly on the day of the move and proceeded to help us finish packing before loading the truck. They wrapped everything in blankets and removed the legs from the furniture.
