If “No Stars” were an option I would have chose it. Representative came out and looked over everything in my home & shop, we then agreed to a price and scheduled the date. They give the “appearance” of being the cheaper option if you get multiple quotes. We had chosen packing and moving our valuables to our new home locally. The moving crew broke items in our home while doing so, scratched items and overall were unprofessional.
We take customer concerns seriously and worked directly to address the issues raised, including adjusting the final bill in an effort to resolve the matter fairly. While we regret that you remain dissatisfied, we have also been attempting to contact you regarding the remaining unpaid balance.
I was looking for a moving company that "unloaders" as I was relocating from CA to MO. I saw that this company was Veteran Owned so I opted to call them. I contacted Tom to schedule unloaders and that I would need the unloaders to reassemble a few pieces as well. He indicated that if it went over the 4 hrs, I would know why I was paying overtime which I fully understood. He sent 2 kids to unload my freight.

Dustin and Logan were absolutely awesome. Arrived on time, diligent workers, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. These gentlemen made a potentially exhausting and stressful day completely the opposite. Nothing was damaged, everything they took apart was reassembled, they asked for direction when needed and were always in a very pleasant mood. Five stars for these two guys EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK! Thank you for everything Dustin and Logan. We couldn't have made this move without you.

Exceptional work and great price. We have moved many times over the years and this company is the best ever. Tom Tristan made us at ease immediately. Everyone took very good care of our stuff and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Andrew, Cameron, and Madison loaded our stuff very professionally. Randy and Dustin delivered and unloaded everything meticulously, making sure we understood every step.

Overall, the entire moving experience was absolutely wonderful. Our movers were Dustin, Chase & Lucas, and they were an absolute pleasure. They were clean, very punctual, super friendly and were great communicators. We had great conversations, and they made some really great suggestions and recommendations and even arranged and staged our furniture, and assembled my son's new bed frame. The ONLY reason this wasn't a five-star review is because the management/back-end aspect of dealing with Moore's was awful.
