I’m really disappointed with our experience using this moving company. We were quoted one price, but ended up being charged significantly more without a clear explanation. Even worse, it took them over 45 minutes to drive between our old and new place — a trip that should take no more than 15 minutes. Since they charge by the hour, this felt incredibly unfair and suspicious.

I had high hopes for East Coast Boston Movers, but the experience was truly disappointing. The movers did not seem professional or organized, and some of them were even rude at times. Some of my belongings were handled carelessly, and communication was poor throughout the move. I definitely wouldn't give them a 10 star rating - maybe 2 stars at most.
I requested a single quote from these guys and they won’t stop calling my phone. Do not consider this company for a move if you like being harassed.

I had such a great experience with East Coast Boston Movers. They even arrived early, which gave us a head start and made the whole process easier. The team was professional, careful with all my belongings, and worked quickly without cutting corners. Everything was wrapped and protected, and they placed items exactly where I wanted in my new place. Communication was excellent, and the movers were friendly and easy to work with. What could have been a stressful day turned into a smooth, efficient move.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a moving company (and I’ve had some really great experiences!) This tops them all. My cousin used their services a few weeks ago and was highly impressed, so they not only came highly recommended, they also did not disappoint. It started with Manny, who called me less than 5 minutes after I put in a request on the website. I also received a text and email (!) with the quote. In less than 15 minutes, I paid a deposit and was confirmed. All questions answered!

Mr. Gonzalez is absolutely the best. Our move was a mess - we had to change the date five times in a month - and kept changing the contents of the move too. FIVE times people! He had not only the patience of a Saint but he actually told me several times taking care of customers was his job. Who says that anymore??? And then his team lead by Melvin showed up and dealt with several very fragile antiques in the midst of a house that was staging for an estate sale. Which meant a minefield of boxes, people and chaos.

This is our second move with East Coast Boston Movers. I cannot recommend this company more strongly across any criteria you would use to evaluate a moving company. Cost? SIGNIFICANTLY lower than other companies I priced or have used historically. This is NOT 2 guys at 10.00 an hour who throw your stuff into a truck. These are professional movers at a very competitive price. Customer Service? They communicate via text, email and phone. They actually care. They are flexible.
