I strongly advise against using Flash Moving. What was estimated as a 5.75-hour move turned into a stressful 9.75-hour ordeal (nearly 70% longer) full of property damage, incompetence, and zero accountability. Agonizingly Slow & Inefficient Crew: Moving boxes went quickly, but the crew moved at a crawl when wrapping items. The wrapping process was so excessively slow that I eventually had to ask them to stop wrapping upholstered furniture just to get the move finished.
Hi Luciano, We’re sorry that your moving experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize that our follow-up took longer than it should have. This is currently the busiest part of our season, but we understand that you still deserved more timely communication from our team.
EDIT: i was asked to place this review while they watched over my shoulder and was asked to give 5 stars and add this photo, but it does not accurately reflect my experience. the billing process was a nightmare and the movers had to come back to my house after the move to explain that they made a mistake with the billing (after 9pm) and then called again an hour later to say they made a another mistake.

This was my second move with Flash Moving company, and my goodness are they great! I worked with Viktor both times to schedule my moves, and the movers both times were incredible. I was fortunate to be moved this time by Hans and Elon. They were incredibly efficient, professional, polite, and communicative. I had an issue with receiving my parking permits for Beacon Hill and was lucky enough to snag spots across the street from my apartment.

Absolutely amazing experience despite the terrible weather—it was raining the entire time, but Alex and Kairat handled everything with incredible professionalism. They worked quickly and efficiently, carefully packing all furniture in a safe and organized way. Throughout the move, they constantly checked in to ask where each item should go, and they were more than willing to move things around or help with installation as needed.
