To all our family and friends in the Springfield MO area. I don't normally write reviews but I had to speak out. We were very disappointed and inconvenienced THEY DID NOT SHOW UP We scheduled two helpers to move our household one week before our move. Two days before they sent a text message they wouldn't be able to come at the scheduled time but would be 2 hours later. That was fine and he asked for $150 deposit by Vemos or Paypal.
Terrible experience with this company. At first, everything seemed great. I reached out and they responded quickly and sent me a quote right away, which I appreciated. They mentioned they were pretty booked but would try to work me in on Friday or Saturday. I understood and was willing to be flexible. By Friday afternoon, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I messaged to see if Friday would work. Later that day, they told me no. Friday evening, they messaged saying they could come at 6 AM Saturday.

Guardian is absolutely the best. The owner and another man came within a few hours to move my daughter out of a bad situation. They were so efficient, careful and professional. Beyond that, they are affordable. I would recommend them ten times over.
I have used them a couple of times and even referred them to friends. They are amazing Their professional they’re on time their price are reasonable and they’re always willing to help. Sometimes I just need a little extra something done while their here. They don’t mind taking care of it for me. I will recommend them 1 million times over.
These guys are the BEST! Incredibly efficient and such hard workers. We hired them first to move my daughter into a second floor apartment. That was so quick and easy. We knew immediately we wanted to use them for our own move two months later. We moved out of a two floor house with 3200 sq feet and an extremely steep driveway into a 1600 sq foot house with a flat driveway and one floor. They worked so hard! They were so careful with everything.

Amazing service provided by Monte and Jacob! They unloaded the biggest U-Haul truck there is into our new place in half the time we booked them for. In the summer heat without any complaints and smiles on their faces. Best customer service I’ve ever had dealing with a moving company. None of my belongings broke, and they ensured the boxes/items went into the appropriate rooms/garage. Don’t hesitate to book them for any moving needs. Will recommend to anyone I know!
