Didn't show up and didn't notify us at all before that. Company seems to totally lack internal communication, and couldn't even have the courtesy to call. 30 Minutes after they were supposed to arrive, I called them and asked where they were, the manager then told me the driver would call me. I receive a call from the "driver" informing me that he doesn't have my address and that apparently due to some emergency (which is later clarified as happening yesterday (why couldn't you let me know?), and eventually…

Don't get duped bye the good reviews posted on the google . they have family and good friends post 5 stars and write positive reviews trying to boost the company . I know of 3 people who used them and had a horrible experience tho when they posted there reviews someone in the company flagged them and consequently ( and conveniently was removed ) I my self on my way back from Salt Spring a few weeks ago was cut off and almost lost control of my car due to the drivers horrible driving he had one hand on the wheel…

The service was unprofessional, slow and very frustrating. I was alone during the move with my 6 month old while my husband was at work. They did not use any moving blankets for our furniture and our new couch (which was covered in storage and is a light blue) I found down on the pavement without any protection. They were moving slowly as they unloaded, leaving things on the street and playing on my expensive fitness equipment while in the truck!

Joe and Hour Movers provided an outstanding service handling the deivery of a furniture and art purchase we made. They were originally booked to pick up a table and cradenza from one store, and when we then purchased additional pieces from another store they gladly added on the second pick up space. They were incredibly prompt with their communication and very respectful of our pieces and our home (even while carrying a VERY heavy table up terrible townhome stairs).

I highly recommend Hour Movers. No one better! Hour Movers have delivered bulky furniture to me twice in the past few months. They unpacked, set up and took all packaging materials away with them…nothing left for me to do. Both men are professional, pleasant, polite and well groomed; prompt and reliable.
