Terrible, would not listen to any of my needs for location of items being moved, repacked and unpacked things I had a need to keep as is without asking, only cared about their needs. Would tell anyone that asked not use them. Edited: I had things that broke because of you and I'm still not holding you liable. This dude's personality is trash. Just trying to warn others. Caveat emptor! After seeing the good reviews on Google and Yelp and comparing the prices between them and a few other moving companies, I thought I was getting a good bargain. However, we oftentimes pay for what we get and my experience with Muscle Moving is an example. It's a brother team, the younger of which didn't seem like he knew what he was doing or that he was interested in doing this job. If it was just words I wouldn't mind, but it was demonstrated in the work performed.

I hired these guys through Uhaul. I left them a review on the muscle moving site of four out of five stars. I received a text message back from the owner or at least the lead guy that showed up to do the work. He was upset that I gave him four instead of five stars for my honest review. This guy says he was only on the phone twice, but I can tell you it was more than that or maybe it was just the length of the calls.

I Read the reviews and figured I’d give them a try honestly should have stuck to the movers I used moving out here! They left so much stuff at my old apartment and when I met them upon leaving the new apartment I asked them to put my tv BACK on my dresser in my room they said okay then told me they had to leave now not only do I have to rent another truck to move the rest of the things out my old place I have to find someone to help me pick up my tv and take it in my room! Chase and his team arrived on time, brought all of the supplies they’d need along with some extra & were beyond friendly and very polite. We were consistently asked if they could put things anywhere specific or if we needed anything moved around once it was in our home. Muscle Moving is wicked fast, accommodating, and efficient. We could not have gotten this done without them. If I could leave 100 stars I would!!!

Arrived on time and did a great job making everything fit for a one time trip from storage to my home. Boxes or items that were found broken or opened from the first round of movers from another state to WA were brought to my attention as they were found. Blankets used to protect fragile items. They helped assemble items upon arrival at our house, made sure boxes were allocated to appropriate spaces. Excellent company, would definitely recommend them for anyone needing movers! A++
I hired them for a move out of a 2500 sq foot house on two separate dates (I used pods). They arrived on time, moved things efficiently, packed things in the pods expertly, and took great care of my belongings. They also let me know concerns they had with the way I had boxed a few things, explaining/suggesting changes to make the item being packed more safe/secure. They also removed some things attached to my walls at my request and took apart a power cage for me.
