I called 3 weeks before my move to schedule a 3 bedroom + basement and shed move from one house to another. I was told all was set. When the mover arrived 30 min late, he was in a pick-up truck. We took 2 days to move everything in this pick-up truck. The mover used us to help lift items into and out of the truck, as well. The second day, the movers were uncommunicative, leaving me waiting for 5 hours until they finally showed up.
Left hanging on moving day!! Then owner finally called me after I posted review and still wouldn’t reschedule. The owner wouldn’t do anything to make the situation right and left us in a difficult situation. I scheduled with Pack N Haul for Friday, June 25. Pat assured me they would be there from 3-5 pm to move out piano and some other large items. I got a voicemail canceling 2 hours before our move! The worst part about it was the company’s refusal to make it right by rescheduling to do the agreed upon move.
I have tried using this company two separate times. The first time they were not on time. They were HOURS late and would not answer my call or texts. They showed up hours later in the evening during my open house without notice. And Shame on me, I just contacted them again months later to remove some unwanted items from a storage unit and what happened? They were not on time. I was there waiting at the storage unit and they call me (after I messaged them) saying it'll be over an hour before they can meet me now.
Driver showed up and told me he would start at a thousand. When I told him absolutely not I was told it was 100 a truck load when his truck was already almost full. I told him to fill your truck right now it would be 100. He said yes. Why would I pay for a full truck load when his truck is already full? I then turned down the offer given and was told I was cheap. He then sat infront of my house working under the hood of his truck and eventually sped off.
Sorry for the miss understanding between you and the driver. Normally we come by and give free estimate. If the price is right we then bring the right vehicle to do the job. .We will strive to better. Sorry you had a short notice from your landlord to clean your house for inspection
Never again! Charged $200 for regular size box spring, mattress, slats, bed frame and four small items. All items were easily accessible just inside the garage, and took less than 20 minutes to load. Without any advanced notice, and after the items were loaded on the truck, the driver said he would only accept cash. The IRS needs to look real hard at how Pack and Haul operates.
Bill you are a repeat customer I really appreciate your business. We charge by the cubic yard not by time. We take any form of payments cash, check and credit card. I am really sorry and apologize for the driver stating that we will only accept cash.
They haul garbage on the same truck they move people's stuff with. What kind of moving service would do such a thing. Who wants their belongings hauled in a truck that was hauling bug filled trash 2 hours ago.. now my friend has to clean and spray all of her stuff.
We never did any moving services yesterday on 10/19/19. I never received any phone call, text or email from your friend or you for any services yesterday 10/19/19. Please provide anything to show i communicated with you or your friend yesterday We have a box truck we use to do moving.

These folks are FANTASTIC! I read their reviews on here when I was getting ready to move, gave them a call and Wow, the reviews are right on. Jeremiah is so nice. He really cares about his customers and how they feel about his company and he really cares about whether or not you are happy with the job after the move is over. Great customer service. I was recently left with a disaster on my hands, and one I couldn’t even begin to clean up on my own. I was able to reach Jeremiah on a weekend and scheduled an assessment for the next day. Travis came out, introduced himself with a firm handshake, and we went about making a plan for them to remove said disaster. Travis and Ethan worked for two days straight to take care of the issue I had at hand, not only working their tails off, but for a very fair price as well knowing my situation.
I want to thank you for your recommendation. It is highly appreciated. I am glad we were able to help you out in your time of need. A satisfied customer is our main goal.
I could not have asked for a better experience to kick-off my Spring cleaning. I texted Pack Haul in the morning and they told me they could offer me a free estimate by the afternoon. Pierre, who would do the work, called me an hour before he arrived letting me know he should be to my house around 1. I step outside right at 1 and there he is pulling up. I needed cardboard boxes and an old blowup pool removed from my garage.
Super fast, super easy. Called the number, Guy named Travis answers. He was super polite, and asked me to send a picture for a quote. I did, and he then threw the lowest price in town at me, so naturally I said yes and sent the address. He said he was going to try and make it tonight, and I told him don't worry about rushing yourself, come in the morning and I'll leave the money in the mailbox.
