What a wonderful experience from start to finish! I was frustrated with trying to find a piano from private owners. I knew I wanted a Yamaha spinet. I reached out to Piano Craft and Jim Heard helped me in my search, giving me great information about pianos so I could make a good decision. Above all, he said it came to what piano spoke to me. I tried the spinet, since I owned one in the past, but compared to the studios and uprights, well I just found out the difference in sound.

It's been 33 years since I took piano lessons and I recently have started again and the piano I had just wasn't up to par any more. I came to Piano Craft just to see what pianos cost these days not expecting to buy one. I just wanted information. Jim Hearn was delightful. He was very calm and relaxed, no pressure at all. I'm sure he could tell I was not a big spender but he still made me feel welcome and showed me different options.
We couldn't be more pleased with the experiences we have had with your staff! We recently purchased a Yamaha CLP-665GP for our son. From the first time we set foot in the doors several years ago to simply browse and gather information, we were treated with respect and never felt pressured into a purchase. This is why we kept coming back to "shop". It was two weeks ago we took our son in to "demo" the pianos. Jim recognized us and welcomed us back.
