In their own words
We had previously used this moving company and had a fantastic experience. When we moved for the second time it was the polar opposite. When they arrived at our house late, they could not get the ramps to pull out from their truck. They worked on that for almost 45 minutes. I asked them if they were billing us for that time and they said yes. I called the phone number for their business and was told the owner would call me back.
I tried to call for 2 days. No answer and voicemail full so couldn't leave a message. Really wanted to use them. Will have to use another compny because now I doubt their reliability.
They moved me to KC and forgot furniture. I got in touch with rhe new occupants and talked them into letting them back in to get the items. They promised to bring the items here on next trip back to KC. I tried to contact them multiple time over several months and kept promising. Finally, they told me an ex employee unloaded at his house and has since left the area with my items. Beware.
Called them up and ask where they are since google still had their old location. Guy told where they are and say he has been trying to get goggle correct for months. I did it in 15 mins (your welcome) Drove by the so called place. No name on the door and two trucks with flat tires all around. Lol. They might be a good company but first looks are important.
We used Powerhouse on July 21st, 2018. Matt and Randall did an amazing job! These two gentlemen were very professional and polite. We will surely recommend them and use them again in the future! Took them under 2 hours to unload a full 26 …
Never will use them again. 2 trucks were suppose to show up but only one. We had everything in 3 car garage and some in walkout basement by the door they could pull up to. We went to closing on old house and new one. When we were done we …

I've used these guys for 3 moves now (2 inside Springfield, one outside) and couldn't be happier. The price is fair, the service is punctual - the movers are careful with the items, respectful and hard working. Scott was good enough to work with me each time to make sure the move went smoothly and on time. Highly recommended!

Would never call anyone else Our apartment complex was going to move us with a different company at the last minute that company was not able to move us. Our apartment complex called powerhouse on a Saturday holiday weekend they were here they moved us. They were so professional timely. Joshua and Chris were outstanding in our move! I hope not to move again anytime soon but if we did, we’d use Powerhouse Moving again and we’d request Joshua and Chris. They weee kind, professional and very efficient. Scott was also very friendly over the phone and answered my silly questions. 20/10 company and highly recommend!
