The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
From the first conversation to moving in day, provincial BC moving and storage have been so supportive, fair, responsive, and professional. Their customer service is extraordinary and could be an example for so many businesses to emulate. The team that came to move me out of my home was on time, polite, fun to be with, fast, and very careful with my belongings. And moving in was the exact same.
Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words, Darla. It means the world to us that you felt supported from your very first conversation through to moving into your new home. Rachael and the entire team will be thrilled to hear your feedback.
Well I have to say, I was very blown away by Rachel and her team. Not only was she thorough in the quoting process, but she connected us with other great services that we didn’t even know we might need. There were good check-ins and expectations were clear. The day of team was great, respectful, fast and very efficient with the space. Great help assembling in the new house and made the experience the best it could be. It is moving after all lol.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, Jesse! We’re really glad to hear that Rachael’s guidance, clear communication, and helpful recommendations made the planning process easier, and that the moving day crew delivered a smooth and efficient experience.
Provincial Moving helped us move last June, and after 25 years in one house, it’s amazing how much stuff there is to deal with. Rachael and the Provincial team guided us through the whole process — not just the move itself, but the organizing and preparation beforehand, which made an enormous difference. Rachael walked through our entire house with us ahead of time, counting off everything that needed to go so she could put together an accurate assessment.
Thank you so much for this wonderful and detailed review, Stephen! Moving after 25 years in one home is a major undertaking, and we're honoured that you trusted Provincial Moving & Storage to help guide you through the process.
We used Provincial Moving for the first time when we needed to move our second household from Victoria to our main home on Salt Spring Island, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. During the planning and quoting process, we worked with Rachael, who was efficient, responsive, and exceptionally detail-oriented. On moving day, Adam and Curtis handled our move, and they were absolutely outstanding.
Thank you so much for this incredible review and for trusting us with your move from Victoria to Salt Spring Island. Hearing that your experience ranks among the best you've had after nearly ten moves across Canada and internationally is truly high praise.
