I had a moved scheduled for a Saturday morning to move two offices. Speedy Movers was supposed to be there between 6am-7am. They didn't show up for more than an hour after that and only did because I kept calling the dispatcher. I had started moving items by myself and had it 25% done by they time they showed up. Every one in the management passed the buck on who's fault it was. I was told they forgot to put it on the schedule and was told someone got a flat tire.
If you haul dry van freight for this business, be mindful of appointment time. This company’s receiving department will not accept your load even if there are no other trucks at the dock, I sat on a one of their loads for 3 days, made it to receiving @11:20 am with both dock door ls 45 and 46 wide open and the sign showing receiving hours, only to be told I would not be unloaded until the next day. Not one to do reviews but this company will slow your business down waiting to unload their product.
Hi Mike. You have the wrong SPEEDY, we are a moving company in Richland, WA.
Planning was horrendous. But the movers hustled and got it done. We tried to plan our move 2 months in advance, as we had 2 moving trucks going to different locations. We were constantly dismissed, and felt Derrick didn't care, or want our business. We were told he would call us back, he even set up call back times, and never received a return phone call. Instead of giving up, we decided to give the company one last chance, and FINALLY received an estimate and confirmed movers for our Moving date.
Mike and Jennifer, I am sorry to hear you did not have a good move experience and you feel that there was a lack of communication. We have taken the necessary steps to make sure that this experience does not repeat itself in the future.
The day before our move, we were contacted by Speedy Movers to switch our move window from 10am-12pm to 1pm-3pm. Sure, no big deal. The next day, I get a call at 1:15, so I answer and ask if they have arrived. Nope! They were calling to let me know that the only guy who was available to do our move was stuck out of town and they weren’t sure when he’d be able to do the move?
I got here at 10:30. With appointment for 11 got here got to check in first thing I noticed no clerks got shoes on they were nice gave me a door but I’m sitting here for 3 hours they didn’t start unloading my truck. Idk why they giving appointments if they can’t honor them. They don’t care about your time and your deliveries but they want you to be consider about their time. Place sucks if u don’t have to come here don’t
Hi Sasa. You have the wrong company. We are a moving company in Richland, WA. Sounds like you had a line haul appointment with someone but it wasn’t with Speedy Movers. Please remove this review.
They ran their moving truck into our truck. Took full responsibility and said a check is on the way. 5 months later there is no check. No one at the office. No one answers phone calls or emails. We filed a small claims court lawsuit. Too bad because the actual guys helping with the move were great!
Bri, apologies on your experience in getting the damaged truck resolved. It does look like you received the check for your claim and glad we were able to get this resolved. Happy to hear that our guys were great and hope you give us another try in the future if your needing moving services.

On time in budget. Wrapped everything carefully. Blankets shrink wrap etc. they were professional, capable and courteous. Worked efficiently/ couldn’t be more Pleased. They were 1 he and 15 minutes under the estimate.

Used speedy for a short move to Montana. After an initial problem with man power a team of 2 guys stayed late the first day to get most of the house packed. The next day more people and trucks were there. The house was loaded and unloaded at my new home 3 hours away. Again the crews worked late to get everything unloaded. I was able to keep my work schedule and while the move did not go to original schedule we still got unloaded on the right day.

05/15/2021 Update: We used them again! The team of Frank, Carlos, Freddy, Elijah H., Eli, and Dylan were absolutely amazing. We had a pretty complicated move in my opinion. We were moving out of my mothers house into our own house, while subsequently moving my mother's furniture which we had put in a storage unit back into her house. Speedy provided 2 trucks, two of the guys came all the way from tri-cities!

Kyle R and Cameron K provided excellent customer service back in January, when I had a very large IKEA furniture order delivered. They arrived at the time they said they would, carefully unloaded all of the boxes (over a dozen) and carried them up to my apartment on the second floor. Then helped me compare to the packing slip to ensure nothing was missing.
