My company had an awful experience. We hired Spokane Movers specifically to help disassemble desks and then reassemble in different offices throughout our suite (and also do a dump run with some old desks). The two gentlemen showed up and did not have a single tool with them - stating that it is the company policy that each mover needs to supply their own tools. We had 10 executive size desks to move and a screw driver was not going to be sufficient, especially knowing we were paying by the hour.
I was helping a friend move, and Spokane Movers had confirmed they'd be there to help for half a day, moving furniture and nearly 100 boxes. When they arrived, they claimed they only had 2 hours available to move 7 items. I asked to speak to their manager. They agreed to call the manager and went outside to do so. Instead of coming back inside, THEY LEFT. Without a warning or reason, just left.
Packers would not pack because it was not organized enough. It’s organized perfectly. They said they can’t pack because they are not responsible for breaking things. I said isn’t that your job to assess and pack accordingly not to break things. Then he threw a temper tantrum and said he is not dealing with this. The other guy looked sympathetic to my case and looked baffled as to why his boss wouldn’t just pack my things. My house is clean and organized. I just paid $300 for cleaners the day before he showed up.

Everything was fine until they decided that they wouldn’t be able to move the couch into the apartment. There were three men moving the furniture. They didn’t take the time to actually look at the couch and find out how many bolts had to be undone to disassemble the couch in two pieces. It took a girl to figure how to take the couch apart. I called to speak with Brian and got a speech about the different types of couches they see. I asked for a call back from their manager .

Paid OT rates for a Sunday move. They showed up on time but reeked of booze. It was a lot to move and it was hot day but they quit after one load and said to try to finish my move another day. I called back in and explained the situation and no one really cared. I had to finish moving our home so I got them for a couple more hours today and one guy is more than likely stoned. Worthless. They complained where we wanted the boxes.
Not sure why they hire people who don’t know how to drive the big trucks they have this guy almost crashed into me multiple times pure negligence they were closed, so I left a voicemail to report him. They never responded to me and now they don’t even answer.

Absolutely horrible experience with spokane movers and Jerry the owner. Used this company twice and thought everything was great. Not to mention a lot of money spent. My husband was at the home when they moved our large items into the house …

Hired Spokane Movers to move me out of a walk up apartment downtown. They came in person to give me an estimate and were super helpful. The three gentlemen that showed up day of (Raymond, Harley and Devon) were awesome!!! They were so polite, efficient and very funny. They didn’t damage anything and saved me hours off the estimate. My experience with Spokane Movers was great. Before the move date I met with Shane to look over what I needed moved. He took a detailed inventory of my belongings, and sent me a estimate. I looked it over, and approved it. A date and time was set about two weeks out. I told Shane if he had any cancellations, I would like a earlier date. He called me back and offered a date about a week out. I met Scot and Darian at my storage space opened the door and they went to work.
Amazing experience using Spokane Movers. We had to move on short notice and they quickly came for an estimate then the next day were there to load everything into the truck. They were efficient and handled everything with care. These guys went the extra mile every chance they could get. Couldn't be happier with the experience.
