Partnered with Old Dominion, U-Pack gave us a quote and set up a delivery date for a moving truck to have at our house just prior to closing on the sell of our property. Upon delivery the driver thought the County maintained road was “too difficult” to drive and our driveway wouldn’t be possible to deliver a trailer to. We informed them we’ve done this several times in the past and it was never even a concern.
We are moving from California to COVILLE Washington and they will NOT deliver our items to that destination!!!!!!! They will only go as far as Spokane and Coville is only 2 more hours. My husband served his country and is a disabled VETERAN and this is how he is treated on the phone with disrespect I'm going to be making some calls to make sure this get resolved ASAP!!!!

We used U-Pack for our move from Northern CA to Northern ID and I 10/10 would recommend to anyone moving a long distance! Their customer service with the teams on both ends was fantastic. Quick responses to questions, friendly agents and great drop off/pick up drivers. The price is 100% unbeatable. We looked around at a lot of different options and this was 100% the cheapest and easiest option! We paid less for our U-Pack than our family did for their smaller Uhaul +Gas when all was said and done!

We couldn’t be more satisfied with our TX to WA move! Our trailers, yes 2, were delivered for loading as promised, picked up, delivered for unloading then picked up promptly at our destination. Yes, we paid for guaranteed service as we did have some time restrictions. Everyone we talked to was professional, knowledgeable and kind. It was a fantastic experience! These are company drivers moving your goods, not contractors! This makes a huge difference! Thank you ABF for a great job!!!

Wow, that was WAY easier than I thought - 10/10, reasonable pricing, super straightforward to get a quote and arrange transport/payment. everything was smooth (some small carrier handoff coordination was necessary day-of dropoff, but still straightforward and easy)!

2nd move with upack. Used 3 cubes from Denver to Spokane. Suggest using professional movers to pack the cubes tight. Suggest using uhaul boxes and blankets to pack your stuff. Get straps from Harbour Freight to strap the stuff down.
