Ordering the moving container and delivery were seamless, however three out of five pieces of furniture I moved came back broken. One dresser was completely snapped in half, the bottom half of my bookshelf was torn apart and there is a whole busted in the wooden top of my second dresser. I wrapped everything with blankets, towels and plastic wrap, put all the heaviest stuff on the bottom and strapped things into place to ensure the Jocelyn during the move wouldn't cause any damage.

In their own words
I can't say enough good things about “Drew's Crew” at Budget Moving Services! The movers showed up early to get the stairs, floors, and walls padded up for protection and prepared for the furniture moving. They covered the stairs and floors at both houses and were very careful to not put anything on our hardwood floors without felt protectors, or protective equipment of some type. Once everything was wrapped and protected they worked non-stop almost all day. Taking maybe a half hour lunch break.
You can't split the stars for the different locations along the way. Every person we spoke to on the phone was concerned, helpful, knowledgeable. The truck drivers on both ends were professional and courteous. The trailer was dropped on Tuesday, bad weather on Wed. delayed my loaders, Thursday we got loaded and they were able to pick up that afternoon. Trailer left the terminal on Monday and was in Atlanta by Wed. then it sat and sat and sat.
I just finished my third move with U-Pack. I moved from Seattle to Montreal in 2019 (depot to depot using trailer), North Carolina to Mesa, AZ in 2021 (depot to depot using Relo-cube), and Mesa, AZ to Springfield, MO in 2025 (door-to-door using trailer). All options are great, but the door-to-door with trailer (if your locations allow it) are definitely the way to go.

The easiest moving experience we've ever had. They truly are customer centered and worked with our needs throughout the process. From everyone in customer service to the distribution centers and the drivers, couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience! The dashbaord they have set up is easy to use and thorough.
