Efficiency: In my last move, it took the previous movers a little over an hour to pack up the truck, and about half an hour to carry everything inside at my destination. Vlad's crew took over three hours to pack up, and about an hour and a half to unpack. At least a quarter of the time they were "packing," all three movers were sitting around on the tailgate of the truck, chatting or looking at their phones.
Good evening Caitlin, thank you for your feedback. Now I’d like to share our side of the story with everyone who will read this review. Customer in our private email mentioned that team was slow and took a lot of 2 min breaks.
A piece of furniture was not delivered to my new resudence and three small items were broken. VIP Movers has ignored my request to remedy these issues. They also took 7 hours to load the truck from a 2 bedroom apartment & charged me double for their inability to load the truck effectively. Customers beware!
Good afternoon Christa, we are very sorry to hear about your experience with VIP Movers, our goal is to provide VIP experience to every customer. However, we would like in our reply to fully explain to everyone exactly what happened because your description is very limited.

Outstanding Moving Experience with VIP Movers! I recently hired VIP Movers for a long-distance move from Boston to San Francisco, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. The team took care of all the packing, and I was amazed at how organized and meticulous they were. Every item was securely packed, and not a single thing was damaged upon arrival.
I had to move across country from Massachusetts to California and called more than 10 different companies in the area to try to figure out how to ship my furniture and boxes and am so so glad I went with this option. Nikita and his team made this move so seamless - I literally just had to pack my boxes and they took care of everything else and drove my stuff across the country in 4 days!
We've used VIP Movers for my last 2 moves – and honestly, we wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. From start to finish, their service has been consistently outstanding. What truly sets VIP Movers apart is their professionalism and efficiency. Their crews are always punctual, courteous, and incredibly hard-working. They handle all our belongings with the utmost care and we've never had a single item damaged. The communication throughout the entire process is also top-notch.
I can't say enough great things about this company. I had to get out of where I was fast. So not having used movers before I went on Google and started searching and making some calls and asking for some quotes. VIP was the only company that kept following up to see if they could help. I sent Nikita an email one night with the details of my move that had to be done in only a week!
